Honor Roll Categories & Criteria

To be recognized on the Academic Honors List, students must meet academic standards during the term. Below are the criteria used for the 2025-2026 academic year for each category of distinction:

University Criteria

Must secure a perfect cumulative or semester GPA of 4.00
Zero active disciplinary files, probations, or honor code warnings
Cannot earn any grade below an 'A' (95%) in any module
Transcripts must show no Incomplete (I), Missing (M), or Voided Exam (V [Exam not completed])

Headmaster's List

Dean's List

Must secure a perfect cumulative or semester GPA of 3.50 or higher
Classified under solid academic standing with high behavioral integrity
Cannot earn any grade below a 'B' (80%) in any module
Transcripts must show no Incomplete (I), Missing (M), or Voided Exam (V [Exam not completed])

Must secure a perfect cumulative or semester GPA of 3.20 or higher
Active pathway progress towards timely degree fulfillment
Cannot earn any grade below a 75% in any module
Transcripts must show no Incomplete (I), Missing (M), or Voided Exam (V [Exam not completed])

Honor Roll List

Lower Education

Overall numerical average of 95% or higher, with no individual subject grade lower than 90%.
Achieve a general average performance between 90% and 94.9% with excellent attendance stats.
Overall grading curve of 85% to 89.9% paired with consistent teacher-student reviews.

High School List

Middle School List

Straight A grade cards (no grade below A-) and minimum of 5 certified community service hours.
Letter grades average of B or above, with no grade lower than B- on terminal report cards.
Maintained general progress showing steady intellectual growth without remedial pathways.

Outstanding checkmarks ("O" or "E") in all core pathways including language arts & numeracy.
Highly reliable effort evaluations with primary target achievements in learning milestones.

Elementary School List

Subject Honors

Must finish academically in the Top 3 of the class based on final cumulative grade points.
Achieved a minimum average of 92% or local equivalent "A" range score in that class.
Completed supplementary syllabus challenges, capstones, or research initiatives.
Actively contributed to a collaborative learning environment through classroom peer assistance.
Formally recommended by the class instructor for showing exceptional intuitive aptitude in that discipline.
