While AdvitCare Academy is renowned for its flexible and powerful online learning programs, we understand that many students also dream of the traditional in-person college experience. To make that dream a reality, we offer vibrant campuses in New Mexico, USA, and Kyoto, Japan. We believe this world-class, tuition-free education should be accessible to every accepted student, which is why we created the AdvitCare Academy Relocation Scholarship, a unique financial support program designed to remove the barriers of moving and empower you to start your on-campus academic journey with confidence and peace of mind.

This isn't a traditional scholarship for tuition. Your education with us is already free. This is a comprehensive support package for your new life.

What Does the Relocation Scholarship Provide?

Our goal is to cover the essential costs of moving and settling in, allowing you to focus on your studies and new experiences. The scholarship is a combination of an initial grant and an ongoing monthly allowance to cover:

• Travel & Transportation: We'll help you get here, whether it's by covering airfare, train tickets, or fuel costs for your journey to your chosen campus.

• Housing Assistance: The scholarship provides housing thanks to our AdvitCare Housing Program.

• Monthly Living Allowance: Once you've settled in, you will receive a regular monthly stipend to help with daily expenses, including groceries, utilities, local transportation, and personal supplies.

• Fun & Wellness Fund: We want you to thrive, not just survive. A portion of your allowance is intended to help you explore your new community, engage in hobbies, and build a healthy social life.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

The AdvitCare Academy Relocation Scholarship is open to any student who meets the following criteria:

• Has been officially accepted into a full-time, in-person college or higher education program.

• Wants to attend in-person learning at one of the campuses.

• Currently resides outside the immediate commutable area of their chosen campus and needs to relocate to attend.

• Is in good academic standing.

This scholarship is available to both domestic (U.S.) and international students.

How to Apply

The process is designed to be simple and integrated with your main application:

• Complete Your Application: Apply for admission to your chosen program at AdvitCare Academy, indicating your preferred courses.

• Indicate Your Interest: Within the application portal, you will find a dedicated section for Financial Aid and Scholarships. Simply check the box to apply for the Relocation Scholarship.

• Provide Details: You may be asked to provide some basic information about your current location and relocation needs.

• Receive Your Offer: If you are accepted into your program, your financial aid package, including the details of your Relocation Scholarship, will be included in your official acceptance letter.

Information for International Students

We proudly welcome students from all over the globe. Here's how the scholarship supports you:

• Visa Support: Once accepted, our International Student Services (ISS) office will provide you with the necessary documentation (Form I-20 for the U.S. or Certificate of Eligibility for Japan) and guide you through the student visa application process for your chosen country.

• Proof of Financial Support: Your official scholarship award letter from AdvitCare Academy serves as powerful evidence of your ability to cover all living expenses, a key requirement for your visa application.

Maintaining Your Scholarship

To remain in the program, scholarship recipients are expected to:

• Maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) as defined in your program handbook.

• Remain enrolled as a full-time student at your chosen campus.

• Complete a simple renewal application each year.
